Xinyi District, Taipei City｜Xiao Le Tian Dumpling

amazing soup flavor, great dumplings (good skin to meat ratio and flavor) altogether ordered one bowl of noodles, 10 pork and leek dumplings, corn soup, two side dishes, and 5 potstickers for 380NTD absolutely stuffed i’d skip the potstickers next time, they’re not crispy enough and the skin is too thick for sure coming back again

This place, located in the Taipei 101 area, is a nice local restaurant where I often go. I fell in love with their potstickers, you should definitely try them if you go there. The staff is also super nice.

Extremely good value even if it's a bit expensive compared to say 八方雲集 , the dumpling may be a little expensive but it's extremely filling, jam packed with filling. Do not go to Ding Tai Fong, it's an expensive tourist trap that probably has decent food, but the food at this restaurant is easily as good as Ding Tai Fong but at a fraction of the price. I don't normally eat in Xinyi District because the restaurants tend to be expensive with poor value, but this restaurant is the exception.
