Best beef noodles in town! Big pieces of beef that is full of flavour! Be prepared to wait, as they are always busy. This is not a place to linger, you get your food, you eat, and you get on your way, because if you stay to just hang out, that wouldn't be fair to the patrons that are lined up waiting. Open for lunch between 11am to 2pm, and dinner from 5-8pm.

I like the slightly sour Taiwanese braised soup. The combination of salty, spicy, and sour makes it smooth; the noodles remain elastic and the portion is sufficient. Every piece of beef I had that day was full of gelatin, and the thick cut made it satisfying. Sauerkraut is also a bit sour, which suits my taste. People who don't like sourness may not be able to accept it. During meal time, people need to line up and share tables.

Excellent beef noodle in terms of flavour and beef tenderness. And the noodle very chewy. What’s more, the price very reasonable for the portion given. The big bowl only costs 180 twd. Must try in Taipei .
