Amazing hand shaved noodles. So much texture and deliciousness and really different to most other noodles you get in Taiwan. Also a really great broth and tender, juicy beef. Best beef noodle soup I had in Taiwan. Also super friendly and happy family that runs it. Look for the red sign, big pot of boiling water in the window, and lump of noodle dough ready for shaving. Great find!!

Seriously hand-shaved noodles (you will see it on site) The soup tastes refreshing but full-bodied. Although the price has increased slightly since March this year, we will still come here! The boss and the proprietress are very kind! Has visited more than three times! ! !
