Some of THE BEST stinky tofu in Taipei. Conveniently located in the popular Huaxi street 華西街。Very elegantly served on a real dish with delicious sour cabbage, basil, and garlic, soy sauce. A must try if in the neighborhood! Stinky Uncle... 😂

Excellent fried stinky tofu! Most people should be happy with its flavor, taste, texture. As for me, I prefer even stronger smell and more sponge (liquid) inside which I had in childhood. While keep searching, I shall return.

Finished all at no time. It’s tremendously good when u bite, the smell is not so intense tho. Still, it’s 5 star. Some tips, let it cool a bit before u take it, else u might get sore-throat :)
