It is definitely a must eat stall if u come to this night market. Even my gal who dun liked to eat fish loved it. The wasabi sauce (in green) is not subtle. A bit will do else I cannot imagine how u going to eat it as we made this mistake.

Boiled egg wrapped within fish paste and then deep fried! Only costs 10 NT & totally worth the try! Remember to add some wasabi sauce and spicy sauce on the top!
