Wanhua District, Taipei City｜Ramen Kagetsu Arashi

My wife and I enjoyed the ramen. Both the broths are very flavourful and the noodles are chewy. It is also well priced and not too expensive.

Spoiler: Most of the items on the menu contains *beef*. Except: rice items and white special ramen. Having tried their house special, texture of the ramen is firm and absorbs the broth quite well. Char siew they use is slightly on the lean side. However, it melts in ur mouth. Bamboo shoot is crunchy and gives a nice texture to it. However, I found that the broth is slightly too salty to my liking but overall, it is a very good bowl of ramen to enjoy.

Very tasteful food. We had lunch and dinner at this place and the rice is amazing. Too bad they don't have an English menu but it had pictures of the food and they come and take your order so you'll be fine.
