Zhongzheng District, Taipei City｜Beef Noodle Restaurant

The shin shank was melt in your mouth and the soup is very beefy and not overly salty. The noodles are hand pulled. Says no MSG used. Staff friendly too. (Note that I spoke to them in Mandarin.) Was surprised that it was this good given the average rating. But since there are as many kinds of Taiwan beef noodles as there are stores (plus grandmas), I guess a lot will depend on what you want.
