We discover this little noodle shop while roaming through small alleys and when seeing the homemade noodles lying ready to be cooked, we decided to try it. The quality of the noodles is great and we could ask for a vegetarian option. Sides are also worth trying!

Tucked in a corner of a very small alley near Taipei Main Station. Hidden in this alley are some amazing eateries. You get a lot of food for your money here. I ordered the small size double sauce noodle and it was plenty. Owner is very friendly and open all afternoon as well. Great option for a quick meal if you are in the area.

Weekly diary of the second visit: Small bowl of beef noodles NT$110 1. The soup is very good, cooked with care. 2. Moderate amount of meat. 3. Knife-cut noodles are quite elastic! 4. Don’t forget to say hello to the lady boss, greet the guests warmly, and offer to refill the soup for free!
