Very friendly boss and serve with a smile. Free tea serving. NOW the shop name has changed due to some similarity to his siblings. Now its named Ming Ming as pictured The beef tomato 🍅 is very flavourful with quite the best noodle to go with it. Sorry deleted that photo and pictured is the clear beef noodle soup. Love their pork cutlet , real authentic taiwan flavour. Nice crutchy and chewy pork. Hint of herbs fragrant and well marinated.

The soup is refreshing and light. You don’t feel heavy after feeling this bowl. It is also crowded.

Some of the best noodles we had in Taiwan. They are handmade and delicious. The beef noodles are great. The dumpling soup was excellent with a very flavorful broth. Nice doughy dumplings. We went as often as we could.
