Beautiful café with Japanese style garden outside that is accessible. Coffee costs 150NT and comes with a small cake. No wifi. Be prepared to sometimes wait for the service

I went to the place a few days later and found everything in order, as the manager said it would be. I therefore *withdraw* what I wrote below and leave the text for the record only. It was too full on that day so I couldn't try their cuisine. I can, however, attest to the exquisite architecture of the historic building and the setup of the restaurant as a whole. My five-star ranking is based on that. *Withdrawn* text: They say they're open every day at noon and in the evening. I went today because I found the photos attractive. The gate was open and I went in, but to my surprise the cafe was closed. No explanation was given. I checked the three blooming plum trees on the terrace and they turned out to be fake. So much for today's experience. Looks as if I bumped into a typical 國營企業。
