The food was excellent. My friends advised me not to order the seafood but everything else we ordered tasted great. It is not a place you want to go on a first date. It is perhaps the loudest restaurant I have ever been to, but it’s because everyone is having a great time. Reminds me of a beer garden in Germany, but with louder conversations and wayyyy better food. Very reasonable food prices. You might have to wait a long time for a table. Better to get there early. I watched some groups wait about 1.5 hours. Make sure to go with a relatively large group so you can try many different dishes. Each dish is small so you can try many different things.

TL;DR awesome place to dip your feet into Taiwanese cuisine. Not fancy, just tasty. You're getting what you pay for here. Pros: - extensive menu - great ambiance - tasty food - outdoor seating Cons: - not the most hygienic (but then hygiene and tastiness seem to be inversely correlated in my experience for a certain caliber of restaurant) Tips for foreigners: - rice is all you can eat and self serve (free) - grab your own beers. They will be added to your tab at the end - order at least 1-2 random things each visit to expand your experiences - ask for a menu and take your order sheet to the register when you're done selecting

Portion is larger than the other stores! The day i visit the rice is a little uncooked inside and quite sad there isn't Mapo Tofu served here. Overall still recommended.
