When I was working near the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall 15 years ago, I would eat there once a week for about five years. Later, I changed jobs and left, and now I occasionally go back to eat after holidays. The boss still remembers me! It is really a very simple ingredient. Yangchun noodles are delicious with black vinegar and spicy residue, simple and pure delicacy. The pork ribs are of course also delicious, with a moderate thickness, crispy and not greasy! Big push! (Although Jinfeng next door is also delicious, I have been there less than 5 times)

Everyone adds chili seeds, chili oil, and black vinegar, and the pork ribs are very delicious!

Had the traditional dried noodles with fried pork lard...amazingly good when I added some vinegar and chilli.... garlic fried pork (must order item) Overall, very good and tasty! Will be back again
