This location is our go to shabu shabu spot! Meat quality is good, soup is light, vegetables are fresh, nice environment, most importantly, EXCELLENT service!!! They are really accommodating with our dietary needs and adjust as needed, the staff came and check if we need refill on soup multiple times! And this service is very consistent, great training from the management! We went to the 新光三越 branch, and the service is horrible. They stood around and chatted about their personal life loudly that we can hear, the kitchen also stood around and looked really bored, when we asked to change things because of our preference, they did not want to accommodate. Can’t think of why they wouldn’t do that. Disappointing. 京站的和田服務真的比新光三越的好很多！我們最喜歡京站的和田。服務好，食物新鮮，環境乾淨。

The food was really good. I like the light soup. The plate portion is enough. For others mention about seat arrangement, here is small brancb shop. You have highly chance to share table with other folks. If you don't like, don't come here.
