Ancient taste, great value, delicious

2018/06/13 An old store of nearly seventy years. A full set of noodles (oil noodles $40 + large bowl $20 + meat $10 + eggs $10), the warm soup and the moderately elastic oil noodles really have a very smooth ancient taste. The braised eggs do not have a strong braised flavor, they taste a bit like tea eggs, but the egg whites are very elastic. There are two large pieces of meat, which is neither tender nor hard. Paired with the soup, it is a simple and clean delicacy. The bosses are very accommodating and very organized. They knew we were facing a new situation and took the initiative to help us place our order step by step. The store is simple and hygienic, not greasy like some well-known noodle shops.

The broth has nice flavor, most of the taste is from the bone itself instead of the seasoning I guess? Also the noodle is amazing, it reminds me of the one in Tainan, impressive. The price I would say very cheap compare to other restaurants in Taipei.
