The tender and juicy beef ribs go well with a sip of beer...it was roasted and crispy all night. The dry and crispy skin and the fragrant and sweet fish meat are delicious. The slices are cod fillets. Is it sweet or spicy? I misjudged it at first. This is a dish you can’t see in other restaurants. It tastes very crispy and tender and has a fishy flavor.
