I found this restaurant while walking around looking for something to eat after arriving in Taiwan. When you arrive at your table, you will be given something that looks like a slip and a pen. I'm going to order this, but I don't understand what it says. There are no pictures of the menu, so I have no choice but to order based on the image of the kanji. This time I ordered seafood oolong noodles. I thought it would be ramen with seafood, but it was udon. It was delicious, but the taste was bland and left a little unsatisfactory. It seems to be more delicious if seasoned with seasonings and spices. The store staff can't speak Japanese, but you can get by with gestures. After finishing the meal, I took out some xiao long bao (niku), which was really delicious. My first meal in Taiwan was cheap, delicious, and amazing.
