The newly opened store in early November is located at the intersection of Chengde Road and Minzu West Road. The store is small and looks like it should only serve take away. Although the opening red banner and the Google Map are marked as Zheng Kee Roast Duck Restaurant, but after actually inquiring, I found out that it is the third branch of Jin Fu Ji. The business card is also Jin Fu Ji, and the address on the business card shows that this address is Minzu Store. The vacuum packaging and paper bags of the roast duck are also from Jin Fu Ji. Roast ducks cost 800 yuan each, and half ducks cost 450 yuan. During the current trial operation period, duck cake exchange coupons will be given away. We ordered the whole duck. It takes a while to wait for the sliced duck on site. The boneless sliced duck part is packed in a box, and the fried three-cup duck bone part is packed in a box. They are all vacuum-packed. 2 small boxes, 2 packs of biscuits (should be 1 pack during trial operation). Minzu West Road runs from Chengde Intersection to Yanping North Intersection, plus the newly opened Jinfuji Minzu Store, there are three good roast duck restaurants within a short distance. Compared with the other two roast ducks, Jin Fu Ji's duck should be bigger, with plenty of meat, and the roast duck sauce is delicious, not too thick. The other two restaurants will add cabbage when stir-frying, but Jin Fu Ji does not have it, but the taste of Jin Fu Ji is less salty. I think that adding cabbage in the other two can neutralize the saltiness, but this is also a matter of personal taste. Before frying the duck bones, I will confirm whether it is a little spicy or not. Because there are children in the family, it is not spicy. You can try a little spicy next time. Although it is newly opened, there are already queues on weekends.
