I went to this ramen restaurant right before I left Taipei. I decided to try this restaurant after discovering it close to my hotel. Ample, clean, and spacious seating areas. The texture of the noodles is perfect. If the broth is too salty, you may also ask for clear broth and pour it into your ramen.

Good ramen, quick service. I was phoned by a friend to arrange dinner for that exact night, and we decided to have some ramens. It's been a while I have not had Japanese food here. I had 麻辣豚骨拉麵, which was not that spicy, and I really like that heavy and delicious flavor. A recommendation for you if you're also a person like me who likes heavy flavor. :)

It takes a while to wait 😂 The noodles are medium-thick, with a smooth mouthfeel and chewy, delicious noodles. The soup is a rich orthodox Japanese ramen soup. If you need to lighten it, it is recommended to tell the staff first! Usually this kind of rich soup can be eaten with white rice after eating the noodles. The white rice here is cooked transparent and full. The medium bowl is worth trying for $25. Additional rich side dishes I ordered clams and roasted pork with ginger sauce today. They are all delicious. will visit again
