Da’an District, Taipei City｜Hsu Ji Sheng Jiang Bao

One of the better Sheng Jian Bao （生煎包）in Taipei’s Night Market, thin skin (crispy on pan fried side), juicy fillings (well seasoned cabbage and pork). Recommend to go early (5-6pm) to beat the long queue.

It's yummy and juicy. They're so fast for serving, don't need to wait long for it. This shop could be a good destination for hunting foods. 讚讚讚 ，台灣美食萬歲 👍👍👍

And this is the star of the Shida Night market, although I'd prefer starlet of Shida Night market :p I'm more fried guy than bun guy
