Chanced upon this place after an overwhelming crowd at FuHang Doujiang. The lady staff / boss was very accommodating of tourists and also guided us to queue up and order accordingly. She had also taught us how to eat their shop’s signature dish, which is to eat it as it was before adding in condiments like garlic sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar. The dry noodle dishes were simple yet delicious. Took a second serving to confirm how good it was. Fish soup and meat soup was great too. Recommend to come here.

Their food are fresh and the fish was particularly fine and fresh. It is a gem! We went ate Fuhang soya bean and still hungry. So we googled and found this gem. The staff was kind as we are a group of ladies with small appetite and didn’t mind that we are sharing. They took initiative and proactive to recommend us their dishes and took many Small bowls for us to share.

Went on a Monday (June 2023) at 11am. Wanted to try the 鲜鱼汤。but take note Monday fish market is closed so no fish at the place. But I tried the assorted ingredients soup with a side of small stir fried noodles. Enjoyed my lunch. No complaints. Fresh ingredients in the soup Good and clean taste. Tasty and well seasoned noodles, top it off with the chilli and garlic and vinegar. You can’t go wrong with that combo.
