There is good dishes but poor service and not quality service of waitress. Only one table that noon, the waitress told us, she is busying for her working and can’t service for us frequently… 🤔

This place is right by where I live and I never knew about it until a Facebook ad popped up. The set menu looked great and well priced so I decided to try it today and I wasn't disappointed. The place is located in a quiet alley and is surrounded by trees. There are big glass windows making the space bright and sunny and I loved the ambiance. The high points of the meal were the beef tongue, the soup and the desserts which were excellent. I especially loved the ginger flower ice cream. I didn't realize how fragrant ginger flowers were. The ice cream was on a bed of chopped lotus seeds and the taste and texture were delectable. Of the courses that were less than stellar, the tomato salad was alright. The goat cheese isn't in the salad but there are tiny bits on the bread crisp that comes on the side. The amuse bouche was interesting and the flavors were fresh and tart and great. It was served on a bed of dry apple shreds. I wish they hadn't done that. It didn't go well with the textures and flavors of the green apple sisho thing on top. I went with the short rib main course. The baked potatoes on the side, the onion puree and the confit garlic were divine. The potatoes just melt in your mouth and eating it with a bit of garlic and onion puree took it to another level. The short ribs themselves were too thinly sliced and some pieces were better cooked than others. The juniper sauce on top was great though. Overall it was a really delicious meal and I would definitely go back. The service was lovely and attentive.
