A.B house is one of my top rated Italiano restaurants. We came to A.B House to celebrate a friend’s birthday. I arrived a little bit earlier so I got the opportunity to see around the environment. It hides in a quite neighborhood near the Daan Park. The decors made me feel really cozy just like having a gathering at a close friend’s home. As for the food. YOU HAVE TO COME AND TRY BY YOURSELF! From the concept, the ingredients to the detailed attention the chef put into the dishes were all very carefully introduced when the courses were served. I really admire the passion and the creativity of the owners. I enjoyed every bites of the gourmet food. I am not a big fan of seafood and sweet, but among all the dishes, the crab meat pasta and the pistachios tiramisu impressed me the most. Every element composes wonderful harmonies and made my taste buds dancing to the music! I would say if you haven’t been to A.B House. Please waste no time to make a reservation. When it is served, the smell of garlic, chili shreds, and fried shrimp and crustaceans rush up. It is really fragrant ~ the heat of the shrimp is really good. It was so good, except for the lower half of the head, I devoured the whole thing. It was so satisfying with the freshness and sweetness of the shrimp meat. Garlic chili squid roe and cuttlefish noodles (ok! I really love spicy garlic) is another delicious dish that brings out the aroma to the fullest, and the noodles taste great too! Although the boss lady said that the chef wanted to have a noodle-like texture, we still asked him to help cook it until it softens slightly. It’s not that we don’t like the taste of al dente, but it’s sometimes difficult for the stomach to digest! (old, correct) I like the New Yorker steak very much. I was expecting a chewy texture, but I didn't expect it to be so tender! Medium rare without blood is just right, the pink color is delicious, and the slightly burnt aroma of the outer skin really brings out the sweetness of the oil. Speyshow's private dessert is handmade pistachio jam by the proprietress paired with white chocolate and wine-rich tiramisu. The rich flavor makes the evening a beautiful ending. Before we left, it was raining heavily, but the landlady kindly and enthusiastically provided us with an umbrella, which was really a blessing! I saw some people discussing the speed of serving food on the Internet, but we have not encountered it. The pace of serving food is very smooth, and the outside service staff also pay attention to the speed of dining.
