Located in the alleys of Yongkang Street, just like the name of the restaurant, Chef Smiley's creativity is really "Bold". This time I tasted the rare all-seafood set meal in Taipei. The chef used many unimaginable combinations to make the flavor super interesting and delicious. It is delicious and full of sense of the season.
