service is friendly and let us share a bowl without requiring an order minimum. seated the two of us at a 4 person table due to our bags, even while there was a queue forming. noodles are delicious and have a good chew. the soup is fragrant without being overpoweringly or salty. can adjust spice and sour levels with add ins. the meat was tender too. on the nicer side of beef noodles we were able to visit this trip. will definitely come again!! 謝謝！

Place is clean and spacious while service was friendly. We reached around 1130 and got a table easily but the place started filling up by noon. We enjoyed our beef noodles very much as the broth taste very clean - it's tasty yet not too salty or greasy. We would have liked to try their dumplings as well if not for our heavy breakfast 😅

The best knife sliced noodles I’ve had in Taiwan! They’re so thick and chewy and go well with the soup or dry. I highly recommend the dry noodles 炸醬麵. I ate it so fast I didn’t get a chance to even take a picture! The beef noodle soup was good too and the meat was super tender. Not much vegetables though. It’s fun to watch the robot slice off noodle chunks in the windows! This place gets crowded so get there early!
