Very special braised beef noodles. The soup base is made from large bones. It is very light. You can add salt to taste. The dried flowers are delicious. Each portion also comes with a bird egg.

The limited consommé soup is very special, but next time I might consider not adding ginger. The standard braised soup is my favorite. The stewed meat is very tender and delicious. I think it is rare to eat beef noodles that are delicious and worth buying in Taipei. I found that many people ordered fried lo mei and dried flowers, I want to try again next time😀

Tried the hot spicy one and tasted good. Stir fried side dish was quite different from the boiled type.
