Found this place in Google and wanted to give it a try bc I love pho. It is a little more expensive than the other place I tried, but the quality and quantity is definitely better. The restaurant is styled like a cute little cafe. It is extremely clean, western standard clean. The environment gives you a good sanitary feeling. The staff is courteous and ordering is easy. I ordered the basic signature beef pho. You can tell from the picture, the presentation itself is nothing short of professional. I thought the bowl was a bit small, but don't let that fool you because it is packed tight with noodle, beef, sprouts, and other ingredients. In fact, other pho places give you a larger bowl but just a lot of soup with very little noodle. The flavoring is perfect, the broth is rich and clean. I drank it all. The noodle was well made, they don't clump and was nice and loose. The beef was good, flavor and texture. However, they were a bit chewy. It is fine for me, but I can imagine my elderly mom would struggle with it. Overall a great experience. I was full and satisfied. The place is quite small, so seatings are limited. You may want to check Google maps before coming to see how busy it is. I came at 7:45 to 8 pm, a bit late for Taipei standards. Only thing to suggest is making the napkin more visible. I didn't find any, had to wipe my mouth with my hand. Perhaps leave a couple of napkin packages on the wooden counter area.

Visited during the trial operation period. The fried spring rolls were delicious and the pho soup was rich. The owner is a young man. Although the price is a little expensive, it is worth it. It is understandable that the meal is a little slow. Keep up the good work! Bringing you good food with stable quality.

Although the menu is pretty simple, Pho and spring rolls are great !
