Popular with locals although less of the tourists, this noodle shop is clean and bright, offering delicious noodles in a comfortable, air conditioned environment. They do offer an English menu for foreigners though. Their knife cut noodles were tasty - even if perhaps not the best I’ve had in Taipei. But the broth for the beef noodle soup was rich, the beef well prepared and not too fatty. And their 木須 (mu shu) stir-fried noodles were wonderful - especially after adding a dollop of the spicy sauce offered in the self-serve station. It was so insanely good, I couldn’t stop eating the dish! Definitely a shop worth visiting if you’re in the area.

Excellent! The staff are really sweet, they helped us understand the Chinese menus. The food is really cheap but delicious and the portions are generous.
