The cappuccino and the lemon tart were delicious. The owner/ baker S was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

A pleasant surprise to find this totally French style patisseries store yesterday afternoon in the quite corner in Xindian District, New Taipei City. The lady owner is one of the bakery chefs who specializes in baking macarons. The other chef is responsible for baking non-macarons patisseries. According to her, her macarons are not as sweet as the traditional French made macarons due to the adjustment made to tailor to Asian tastes. Instead using sugar, she uses white chocolate to adjust the sweetness of the macarons. The porcelains used to serve the patisseries and drinks are completely French style as well. I have tried the lemon tart and various macarons during the visit. They are very delicious. Highly recommended to spend a few hours there to relax and purify your mind. Will definitely visiting them if I were back to Taiwan again in the future. By the way, you may want to say hi to Ashley, the daughter of the lady owner. She is cute and speaks good English. 😊
