One of the best beef noodle soup in Taiwan! Reasonable price and great soup with extremely tender beef that just melts in your mouth! 10/10

This place is a gem in the Xindian area. I often visit here on Tuesdays at lunch, when it usually is not too busy. The owner and other people working there are ALWAYS so friendly and welcoming - which makes me excited to go every week! On top of that, it is obvious that the noodles are hand-made (not sure whether in house or not) and are always cooked to perfection. Additionally, both the "red" and the "white" broths features complex and consistent flavors - only improved when adding meat to your soup. It is hard to recommend this place enough! 10/10!
