I rate places based on their proper category. This is a family owned local neighborhood Vietnamese eatery. For what it is, it is relatively clean, affordable, and the food is good. Compare to more professional restaurants would be unfair. I ordered the beef pho and for all intent and purposes, it has a homemade feel. The taste was great and it was far more affordable than a more professional restaurant. Great for college kids on a budget. The place is clean, has AC, you can eat here comfortably. It would be around a 4.5, but since we can't rate that, I'll give it a 5.
