More Comments at Google MapThere is a simple bar as soon as you enter the door. You can watch the landlady making rice balls To put it simply, the ingredients are very solid and every ingredient is delicious. The food is more substantial, and you can see the lady boss filling the rice mold until it is full. Then press it firmly, add the ingredients, and stuff a big lump of rice into it Finally, I managed to wrap these things with seaweed. The finally wrapped rice balls were all bulging, as if they were about to burst the plastic mold. The rice is also very delicious, and some rice balls also have fish eggs mixed in the rice. And the important thing is, the freshly wrapped rice balls are hot. Eat a hot and plump rice ball on a winter morning Let the whole day have a wonderful start XD Red Bean Mochi Soup30 It’s red bean soup with two pieces of mochi (glutinous rice balls?) added to it. The red bean soup itself is sweet enough (you have to eat something sweet in winter) The red beans are cooked thoroughly, so it won’t feel like drinking red bean water. The mochi is quite big and cooked thoroughly. It is soft and glutinous but not sticky. I like mochi very much.
I really want to eat the spicy scallops, but it’s no longer available. There are plenty of ingredients and it’s rare to find affordable and delicious rice balls in Taipei. The red bean and miso soup are both delicious, and it’s great when paired with rice balls to warm you up in winter😭 Milk tea is made with fresh milk, and you can drink it as soon as you drink it. 20 for a small cup and 25 for a large cup is totally Buddha-like! My personal favorite flavors are shiso (super appetizing), bonito, scallops and salmon flakes! Sencha tastes average.
I had their onigiri everyday for lunch when I was still in uni. It has been almost 10 years now and the taste has not changed. Highly recommend, try to avoid lunch hour if you are in a rush.
