Da’an District, Taipei City｜The Howard Plaza Hotel Taipei

Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband. Good location and good services!! The hotel looked aged but had cleaned well, so it made us feel at home and comfortable. All staffs were very polite and gentle! They prepared breakfast box for us, because we needed to leave at 5 a.m. Thanks for great services! We enjoyed a lot! We'll choose this hotel again if we get a chance to visit Taipei!!!!!

The Howard Plaza Hotel is an excellent establishment to stay at! It’s very clean, modern, and has great amenities. I used the pool, gym, dry/wet saunas, and the restaurants. The concierge staff at the front are notably friendly and very helpful in translating from English to Mandarin. Peter in particular, had assisted me greatly. I thought I had misplaced my passport, so he quickly gathered all the resources to help me locate it. Linus, Lily and Daniel also helped me with various inquiries as well. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay here and looking forward to a future visit at the Howard Plaza Hotel!! Thank you for the great service!!

We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights at the Howard Plaza. The hotel is in a very good location and despite not being the most modern or newest in town, it compensates with great service and attention to small details. We booked through their brand website and booked a family themed suite - great for young kids and great attention to small details like kids amenities and toys. I think the staff made up for whatever small shortfalls the hotel may have - we unfortunately forgot a bag in a taxi with a lot of personal items on our last night. Ms. Angelina and Ms. Chloe from the reception desk weee extremely helpful, understanding and caring and helped us tremendously in tracking down our bag - if it wasn’t for their efforts, we may have not gotten our bag that quick. Two more people mention - Mr Eric Chen at Reception who checked us in - very friendly; as well as the Restaurant Manager in the breakfast restaurant on the ground floor (did not get his name unfortunately) but very helpful and caring. Thank you again for a great stay and foe taking care of us.
