Service is great. Food is delicious and elegantly ornamented. A great place to hangout with friends to have casual or business conversations.

In my mind, the Seven Scholars bar is legendary in Taipei. I have been visiting it for many years. I like the old-world setting and low-key mood it presents. At the same time, it offers all the essentials of a bar - great selections of drinking, snacks, and even a full meal. I enjoy many great times here with friends. The bar manager William Chen (陳冠琳）is the icing on the cake. Besides the professional services, he makes you feel like he is an old missing friend. Like the eighties' TV show "Cheers", it's the human touches that make a bar into a memorable place. I will always stop by the bar when I stay at Howard Hotel.
