The place is a bit small and crowded, but the ramen is absolutely great👌🏼

There is a lot of really good chicken broth Ramen on Taipei nowadays, but this one is my favorite. I don't really like pure chicken broth, so this place is actually a plus for me. The broth is milky thick with just the right amount of tonkotsu (pork) to create a delicate, balanced, yet very strong taste. It very rich and complex, so I always savour them to the last drop. When you order a basic dish they will ask whether you'd like chicken or pork chasu, and it is a hard choice to make. I recommend to upgrade and get them both, as they are awesome in different ways. Lastly, remember to order fried chicken. It's one of the best in Taipei.
