Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜Lin Dong Fang Beef Noodles

We visited the shop as it was highly recommended by locals. Tad disappointed as the beef tendons weren’t too tender, and the beef slices were tough. The beef soup broth was flavorful but the after effect was extreme thirst as soon as we left the shop. This is a non-biased review, the food quality was simply below our expectations. Taste average. Loved the beef noodles here. The noodles are slightly thicker and slightly firmer. It gives a nice chew when eating the noodles. The beef was soft and tender. Something unique is that instead of chilli sauce, you can add heat to the soup by using the spicy butter. Overall, a great bowl of beef noodles soup.

After trying so many beef noodles, I personally say that this is the best Beef Noodle offered in Taipei. They got the noodles right where it has the best texture as compared to other restaurants. The meat is not too hard not too soft, it's just nice for everyone.
