One of the best beef noodle that I had in Taipei. The portion of my 清燉莊園牛肉麵is generous, with 5 different cuts of beef in one bowl. All beef taste tender and good. Would definitely come back to sample other items on menu.

This is not your traditional Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup. To my culinary opinion, this is a very well execute version of a tasty, hearty and excellent healthy beef noodle soup. Here’s why——> There is a total of three broth that I have tried so far. 1. Vegetarian Spicy Tomato base 2. Clear Broth 2. Brown Broth (lightly spices). The well executed broth/ soup are packed of collagen and flavors! Best of all it is not heavy due to little fat. This process of soup making requires lot’s of techniques and requires many dedicated hours. The taste is on the sweeter side due to the various types of vegetables that is incorporated in the soup making. Beside the soup, they are generous in proteins. You will receive 4 slices of chopsticks tender slow cooked beef shank. The noodles are completely all dente which gives a wonderful textures versus soup experiences. Note: they closed from 2:30pm to 5:30pm and there is ample of paid parking nearby. This is by far the best Beef Noodle Soup in Taipei. You’ll have to try it to believe it! Enjoy!
