Local family run store, they have both outside and indoor seatings, accorsing the little grandson, the Wang's has been here for over 50 years, kind of run down and messy, but the noodle is really good; service was quick and the bowel came with lots of well made beef tendens, the hand made noodle was chewy to my taste, unlimited picked vegetable, I ordered a small bowl for $150 and you can supposedly refill the soup for free, I was so full with this little bowl. Don't be scared by it look, it's worth the try.

The noodle shop is just nearby the market. It is so crowded in every lunch time.Pork knuckle noodle is the shop's No. 1 meal. You can enjoy the meal with super reasonable price. Besides, I like the noodles itself very much as the mouthfeel is pretty chewy. If you do not like wait for a long time, you can have a dinner meal or afternoon dish here.
