Was able to reserve a table with ease despite being only a couple days away. Had to plan a last minute anniversary dinner because the original plans flopped. The restaurant looked very clean and pretty inside out. Not many seating but the tables were packed by the time we started eating. Our server was an extremely kind girl who did her very best to describe the meal to my girlfriend in English. I always applaud those servers who are able to communicate to the customers in different languages. It really made the whole experience a lot more light and fun. Food was respectfully bussing. We both enjoyed every part of the meal. Forgot what the meal was called but it was the $5000 NTD per person meal. It was very lovely and the portion was just right. Ended our meal with a sweet little tart cake thing on the house. Couldn’t had asked for a better ending for our nights. I would like to thank Ephernite and their workers for making this meal so great. Would love to come back soon. Thank you.

Went here to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and were delighted to have a perfect meal (we tried the 9 course seasonal tasting menu which really is 11 if you count the amuse bouches and the palate cleanser). Taste, presentation, incredible ingredients - this restaurant deserves one star at least. We’ve been to two Michelin restaurants in the past month (Balzi Rossi in Italy and Rumour in Budapest) and Ephernité by far exceeded these experiences. The decor is modern and not flashy - it’s not a restaurant for Influencers to take artsy photos, it’s a place focused on the food. The chef and staff at Ephernité deserves to be celebrated. Excellent wine list as well. Will post non-edited photos here.
