A local delicacy but not for anyone, only the ones who dare to step outside their comfort zone with strong heart and will can take on this bowl of gooey thin noodle. Inside the noodle you will find delicious pork strips, mini oysters and pork intestine ... yes, that and lucky this shop cleaned it very carefully so there are not funny tastes. A splash of black vinegar and a dash of coriander gives this dish layers of flavour. A taste of my childhood.

Very authentic local food that you should try it to fully experience the what the locals are eating. Had the pork Mee Sua it is really delicious. The meat is so tender and the serving is very generous!
