Even if it is braised beef noodles, the soup is still rich and delicious! The stewed beef tendons and beef are soft but not rotten, so delicious! My friend greedily ordered fried hands, tripe soup, and kimchi minced pork noodles. Everything was super delicious. Every year when she returns to China, what she misses most is Shi Dahua! We have been eating Shi Dahua (formerly called Manna) for more than 8 years. I think the attitude of the waiters is very warm and friendly. A customer at another table forgot his mobile phone on the table, and the boy at the cashier reminded him carefully. It felt like he was very attentive to every move of the customer.

I really enjoy the mala noodles and they do good dumplings too.

Beef noodle soup is very good! The clear soup base is hot and flavourful. The meat is delicate, tripe and tendons tender. Noodles had great texture. Would come back for more.
