Da’an District, Taipei City｜Sushi Jubei

Decent sushi, among the best you can find in Taipei. The chef was friendly but didn't insist on talking to you if you didn't want that. They have sets of NT$3000, 4000, or 5000. We had the $4000 set. Very nice.

This place definitely lives up to the hype! Friendly chef, attentive staff, fresh ingredients and good pricing. It’s definitely worth visiting if you’re in the mood for spending some $$ on a pleasant omakase experience.

One of the best in town, I think. In summ: Details and well attention chef; Good matchup of flavours in set menu; Like the applicants of different vinegar, not heavy (dark) grain base as it tend to covering the origin of the food flavor; Highly recommended!
