They use hand pulled noodles which was the reason I went. Great tasting noodles at very reasonable price if not cheap for Taipei standard.

The ramen noodles are Q-bomb, the soup is rich and fragrant, the braised meat is cheap and delicious, the CP value is super high, and the charcoal-grilled beef noodles are my favorite

The noodles are chewy, the soup is rich, and the price is not high. This beef noodle shop is really good.
