Da’an District, Taipei City｜Chinese breakfast and soy milk

We stayed at the nearby Eslite Hotel (a really nice hotel) and asked the concierge where we can go for soy bean milk and fritters (豆浆油条). Was directed to this place and we arrived just after 1pm. The ladies in the shop were already tidying up and preparing to close for the afternoon. We said we walked over from the hotel and asked if we could have a quick sit-down meal. They agreed and heated up the soup dumplings and even turned on the aircon for us! Such great service and hospitality! Even in metropolitan Taipei, the locals are always very friendly and helpful.

Great authentic local Taiwanese breakfast shop. The food is fresh and reasonably priced. The owner is super nice and friendly. Also they have the menu in English and Japanese, just ask for it at the cashier. One of the best breakfast shops I went so far. A absolute must go when in Taipei.

Ask for English menu if you don’t know Chinese. The owner is so nice and the food is legit good! Authentic Taiwanese breakfast and portion is big! Get the cold soy milk , Chinese pancake and brown sugar bun
