Everything was so delicious, especially on this chilly winter day in Taipei 🥶 The fatty soup is especially delicious and full of that rich ginger flavor. The duck meat itself was very tender and perfect. I recommend enjoying it with lots of tofu, tofu skins, and blood rice to soak up all that soup. The duck hearts go really well in the dipping sauces too. The noodles were also great with a splash of the broth added.
