Best noodles in the city if not the world. I always get the stir fried noodles, cucumber, and some random braised cuts depending on what I’m feeling that day. The ordering/seating is a bit hard to navigate, go to the counter for seating. they’ll assigned you a table with a ticket for noodle/soup/dishes. Fill out your ticket and go back to the counter. For the braised cuts, you use the steel trays and tongs to get what you want; if you want to know how much anything costs you’ll need to ask. One more tip, try the 2 types hot sauce with everything if you like some heat.
