Chill and comfy environment. Service is pretty good and the coffee is good too. Best part is there's no time limit so you can take it slow here and really relax for a bit. Edit: There's sockets on the bench on 2F, so you can charge your phones here.

Oguri Cafe is one of the coffee shops I visited often while I was in taipei. It has a very peaceful setting on its second floor, great for working/reading. Coffee is also good. I also tried their toast, and I like it. I will visit again next time I am in Taipei.
