There were not many people at dinner time, so I ordered garlic and white meat bento and pork liver soup, both were delicious! I didn't expect so much shredded ginger to be added to the white meat with garlic 🤣The meat is very thin and tender, and the pork liver is scalded just enough to be soft, unlike ordinary noodle shops that are too hard.

A bowl of Sanhe noodles. Although the price is slightly higher based on the ingredients alone, the ingredients are very fresh and the meat is fragrant enough to be tender. When you eat the braised eggs, you can tell that they were made that day instead of braised for several days. The meatballs are also elastic pork balls. Overall, a very homely bowl of noodles, delicious!

The fried rice is a little oily but tastes pretty good. The chili sauce is a Taiwanese sauce with onion added. It’s great.
