Since the Zhongzheng store was too unpalatable, I tried my luck at the Guoguang store. Most of the service staff are foreigners, but the service is okay, at least I haven't encountered any bad attitude. The pot stickers were served very quickly. I wonder if it was just luck that they were fried just enough to make them crispy and delicious. The last time I had crispy Bafang was a few years ago, maybe it was back in the days when shrimp dumplings were priced at NT$8.
