Banqiao District, New Taipei City｜如意擔仔麵

I came across this place by accident simply because it is located on a bus stop hence came face to face with it after jumping off the bus. Since I was not familiar with the area but needed to have lunch ... it turned out to be a very pleasant and simple dining experience. With my very limited Chinese + some finger pointing skills on their glass display case, I got my hot bowl of noodle soup and some side dishes to go with it. A little over NT$100 and I'm fueled up pretty nicely. Some Japanese sashimi mixed with traditional Chinese food gave me more than enough choices for several visits in the last 2 months. I still have some choices I haven't tried.

It's really delicious.
