This weekday ramen is the Alishan tea-flavored chicken soup ramen. The soup is fragrant with tea at the beginning, and the chicken soup is rich and tender at the end. I asked the boss to make the noodles softer, and the softness is my preference! ! Although I really didn’t want to have the taste of onions in my mouth afterwards, I felt that the red onions in the soup gave the whole bowl a rich flavor, which was great! ! !

They only have a ramen item on the menu and it changes every week. Tried the curry one and it's surprisingly good. Will definitely visit again. Don't forget to reserve on their Facebook page. The queue in the photo is all reserved diners. As the seats are pretty limited, be prepared to wait for at least 30 mins to 1 hour (even with the reservation).

The soup of Mukai Ramen is super rich, and I didn’t expect that chicken and clams go so well together! Nagoya Tewa Senkara tastes very fragrant and creamy but not greasy! There aren't many places in the store, so it's well worth the wait!
